When you enquire
When you email us directly, we use the information in your message to respond, discuss a possible project and keep a record of the conversation. We do not add enquiry details to a mailing list.
Storage and requests
We keep correspondence while it is needed to respond and discuss and manage a potential project, then remove it when no longer needed. Our hosting and email providers may process information for those purposes. You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you have given us by emailing sales@ottmah.com.
